Login/Register

1.       Use the Login/Register tab located to the top right hand side of the home page.

2.       If you've shopped with us since 21^st May 2007, login with your email address and password. If you are a new customer or ordered from us before 21^st May 2007, please select the Login or Register tab on the left hand side of the Home Page and follow on screen instructions. The registration form allows you to create your profile, which is necessary to place future orders.  

3.       By filling in your details on the form, you will NEVER have to do it again. We will recognise your account each time you sign in using your email address and password.

4.       If you have shopped with us prior to 21^st May 2007 you will need to register.

How to Order Online

1.       Simply browse for products using the store categories located on the left-hand side of the ‘Home Page’.

2.       Add items to your ‘Shopping Basket’ after selecting any information, including quantity, size & colour required.

3.       You can either proceed to check out at this point or select ‘Back to Shop’ to return to the Home page and continue to browse other categories.

How to Check Out Online

1.       When your shopping basket is complete with the purchases you wish to make, you can proceed to check out by selecting either ’Check Out Now’ displayed to the top right hand corner of the screen, or when viewing your basket contents select ‘Next Stage’.   This will take you on to the ‘SECURE’ order page.  

2.       At this point, if you are already logged in you will be taken straight to the Billing & Delivery address section.   If you are not logged in, please do so or register a new account if you have not shopped with us before.

3.       Your Billing address (the address your credit/debit card is mailed to) will automatically show if you have already registered with us.   Please always check this before proceeding with your order.   You can have your order delivered to an alternative address by completing the section further down the Address page.   To have an order delivered to your billings address please tick the box and proceed to the next page.

4.       You must complete ALL the fields shown on the Checkout page to ensure your order will be accepted.   Once your details have been entered and accepted, they will be stored for all future orders.

5.       Once all fields have been completed and are correct please select ‘Finish’.   This will complete your order and take you directly back to the Home Page of You and Your Wedding.

1.       To place on order on line you can make payment using any of the following credit/debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express or Delta.

2.       Please make sure you complete ALL fields asked for, including expiry dates, start dates, issue numbers and your 3-digit security code (the last 3 digits shown on the back of your card next to your signature).

NB. This number may change when you get a new or replacement card.   Please remember to update this information when you get your new or replacement card or your order maybe declined.

3.       If information is missing this can invalidate your order.

4.       Credit/debit cards will be debited on Pounds Sterling.

5.       Your credit/debit card will not be charged for your order until the goods are due for dispatch.

2.       You can speak to one of our Customer Services agents, who would be happy to help or you can use our 24hr automated service to place your order at any time.

3.       Please be sure to have your order details and credit/debit card to hand.

1.       Simply print a copy of the online order form located below.

2.       When placing an order by post you can pay by either sterling cheque or postal orders. Please do not send cash.
